Quality Policy

Edwards Recycling provides a wide variety of resource and waste management services to businesses in and around London specialising in the collection and recycling of waste materials and provision of storage and compaction equipment. We are committed to delivering high quality, professional services meeting and exceeding the needs and expectations of our customers and the community.

We will achieve this by:

  • Continually improving our performance by setting the right objectives and goals.
  • Developing, documenting, operating and measuring processes.
  • Managing and communicating our quality strategies, performance and policy internally and to all interested parties.
  • Searching for the best available technologies and innovative processes to incorporate in our activities.
  • Encouraging participation in our business management system to ensure that high standards are met, maintained and improved.
  • Validating the effectiveness of our quality management systems through both internal and external audit processes.
  • Building structured quality programmes that develop technical skills and increase awareness.
  • Ensuring suppliers embrace the same quality commitment.

On at least an annual basis, Senior Management will review this policy and our system and use the results of this review to set objectives and targets for improvement of our performance within the scope of our management system.

Our Policy is communicated to all within the organisation and available to any party on request, with all encouraged to participate in continual improvement of our Business Management System.
